What the two new channels offer:
AppNavi Academy
With the AppNavi Academy, we turn our customers and partners into digital adoption professionals. A variety of video courses on different topics allow you to get deep into the AppNavi material in a very short time and at your own pace. And we mean deep. Generally AppNavi is considered self-explanatory, but and AppNavi enthusiasts want to know more and this knowledge is now and always available in the Academy.
AppNavi Forum
The exchange with our users is very important to us, so we have created a platform exactly for this with the AppNavi Forum. From now on, existing and planned AppNavi functions and applications will be discussed here.
In addition, we are opening the door for another level of support. As the number of AppNavi users continues to grow rapidly, so does the experience, best practices, and tips and tricks that can be shared within the AppNavi community, providing help or inspiration for others. But also our moderator and technical support team will eagerly take requests in the forum and can thus offer help much faster than via e.g. a ticket.
Both channels are from now on part of the new “AppNavi-OnBoarding” and will be made available to all corresponding users.
