About “Haus der kleinen Forscher” Foundation
The “Haus der kleinen Forscher” foundation is a nationwide educational initiative in which all daycare centers, after-school care centers and elementary schools can participate. At its heart is a high-quality continuing education program for educators. It promotes good early STEM education (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, technology) and sustainable action. Through joint discovery and research in everyday educational activities, daycare and elementary school children can be enriched with valuable learning experiences. Educators help make the world comprehensible for children, strengthen their self-efficacy and best prepare them for the future.
This is much more than “business” for AppNavi. Supporting people is our central focus. If we can also support in preparing children even better for this dynamic world, it becomes a subject close to our hearts.
Initial situation & problem definition
The “Haus der kleinen Forscher” foundation is introducing a new CRM system based on Salesforce as part of its digital development. For all employees of the foundation, this means a change in their way of working as well as learning new functionalities, as additional and novel work processes are established via the new Salesforce system.
Approach
The foundation “Haus der kleinen Forscher” uses the possibility of the digital adoption platform “AppNavi” to significantly support its users in this change process and in the use of Salesforce.
