In this model you have no fixed contract period. Purchase credits (“packages”) according to your needs, which are credited to your account. All applications that are assigned to this model use up the credits after use. Your credits are valid for at least 12 months.
Each initiation of an AppNavi content element consumes credits: Routes 5, Posts 3, Pins 2 credits and Announcements 1 credit. And if you pause AppNavi? No problem – your credits will of course remain with you.
Change to one of the other models at any time if necessary. Either with one or more applications that were previously billed based on usage. You can use the remaining credits for newly added applications at any time. And each time you purchase new credits, the validity of the entire remaining credits is extended to 12 months.
For heavy use & maximum economies of scale
Arrange a flexible contract term of 12 months or more. The number of users named by you is the basis for the pricing. Profit with larger user numbers from considerable economies of scale of a very degressive price curve.
The prices are determined according to the number of users at the time of the contract start. Since your users are anonymous to us, we evaluate the user numbers reported by you. The number of users during the contract period can be static, individual, e.g. according to a rollout plan, or dynamic, based on parameters.
At the end of the contract period you can switch to one of the other models with selected or all applications. Add new applications to the model, and it will immediately benefit from the total number of users across all applications.
Maximum planning capability. Best price per user.
Get everything out of AppNavi and respond agilely to requests for additional AppNavi users or applications to be integrated. The number of expected applications and user numbers only form the basis for pricing, but can be flexibly adjusted within the contract. Benefit in particular from attractive prices and advantages in this model.
The prices of the Enterprise Agreement are determined at the time of the start of the contract. Basic framework parameters are defined and billing is constant according to the determined scope. In this model, you have the highest planning ability but also freedom, since all external payment modalities have already been clarified.
At the end of the contract period you can switch to one of the other models with selected or all applications. Furthermore, in case of significant changes in your business, you have the possibility to adapt the Enterprise Agreement along your changes. So focus on the implementation, not the negotiations.
