Routes
A clearly arranged menu offers the entrance for your users. Define your own logic for the segmentation of the content so that everyone can see what is relevant.
Tooltips
With Fuzzy Score for most precise route guidance
Your users are guided through the respective use cases with the help of intelligent tooltips. A main focus of our development was on reliable object recognition. Experience how well this works – even in dynamic systems.

News
Relevant knowledge in the right place
Inform your users about relevant things. At the right place in the workflow and exactly at the right time.
Collections
Small nuggets with great effect
Combine relevant content into collections and make them available to your onboarders as a learning collection, for example.

Editorial process
Publish things as soon as they are good
Integrate your digital adoption activities into your editorial process and publish content after an internal review. By the way, not every content goes to everyone. You define under which circumstances a user can see your content.
Further features
Provides analytics
Gives insight into the use of your system
Let our analytics give you an idea for valuable routes. Your users know best what they do not know.
Multitenant
Share content in your organization
Individual contents can be used in many places. Share content with other departments without losing control over your work.
Optically adaptable
Adapts to the look & feel of your system
Use one of our prefabricated ergonomically tested designs (WCAG) or control the appearance of all components easily and flexibly even with CSS.
Supports situationally
Reacts to your users
Decide on the logic by which your users receive support – either via the menu or with our automation based on clearly defined rules.
The most intelligent tooltips ever!
Our Fuzzy Score technology identifies elements using mathematical heuristics. This is how we find the needle in the haystack – no matter where it hides.

Fuzzy score technology
Our algorithm is based on the fuzzy set theory. Therefore it can also cope with fuzziness. A score provides the most probable element and can therefore handle changes to your system.
In the end I found it hard to find a case where it does not find the right element. It just works very well.
Customer voice, program management, DAX 30 company
Adapts itself
Our algorithm finds elements based on similarities. Your system may change, but we will still find the right element.
Weighs out reliably
Sometimes many roads lead to Rome. If our algorithm does not produce a result on one of them, it finds another way.
Improves constantly
With each new route in each new system, our algorithm learns more. It already knows a lot and continues to learn diligently.
Further features
Flexibility
Can map any use case
6 step types
With our 6 step types we can map any application in your system.
Multimedia content
Use what is there. No matter if formatted text, pictures, videos, links etc. – bring the necessary information in the right format into the context of your users.
Language
Understood by everyone
Multilingualism
The user interface of AppNavi is available in the common European languages. For your routes and news you can create all desired language versions.
Automatic translation
Translate your content into 11 more languages at the touch of a button (DeepL technology).
Automation
Accelerate your users
Automatic actions
Free your users from unnecessary actions. To get quickly to an important point in a route, you can automate steps. AppNavi then takes over the clicking, typing, etc.
Connect routes
Divide use cases into small logical units (so-called nuggets). Thus, use cases can build on each other – either automatically and based on a rule or through user feedback.
Responsiveness
Accurately fits into the application
Detects the resolution
Do your users have different resolutions or resize their browsers as they walk a route? Never mind.
Tracks the element
Even if an element moves within a page, we “stay on it”. Our tooltip follows the element.
Auto scrolling
If the next element is not in the visible range, our algorithm scrolls to the correct position: Horizontally and vertically. In the page and in iframes. Also in iframes in iframes. Everywhere.
